This is the first drawing that made me believe in myself and sense of my study. |
In this drawing I tried to concentrate on showing the structure of the muscles shaped by the light. After I was done, my critical eyes detected disproportion in the left hand, but I can't do anything about it, because I am done and too lazy to spend more time on it. After all it is just a study.

My first attempt to use paint and brush. This painting is only in the beginning stage, and it will be never completed. It was just a part of the classwork. |

This is one of my first drawing, I was working hard to cope with structure. The other problem I faced was to draw the eyes, as I was doing it for a very first time.

It was the last time when I did not draw a full background. Now I see that whiteness left on the edges competes with the figure. Additionally his right hand appears too short. In order to fix it I think I should turn his elbow a little bit back which will enlarge the lenght of the arm. This is the lesson that I have learned from this drawing. |
When i have spotted this painting in the store vitrine I could not resist returning back and forth until I ended up buying it. |
